Vitamin C Boosters (Guava, Papaya, Citrus Fruits):

Slice guava or papaya and freeze them into mini fruit popsicles.
Blend a “sunshine smoothie” with papaya, banana, king coconut water & a drop of Kithul treacle.

Spice Power (Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic):
